Liminal Atlas

A collaborative, explorable map of 'liminal spaces' — users submit vivid text descriptions of eerily transitional places (empty hotel hallways, foggy parking garages, 24-hour laundromats at 3am) and connect them into a navigable web you traverse like a text adventure. Each node shows atmospheric community ratings (eeriness, emptiness, nostalgia) and branches to neighboring spaces contributed by strangers, creating an ever-growing collective dreamscape that blurs memory and fiction. The grainy, desaturated UI aesthetic and the deeply relatable 'this place exists in my memory' feeling make it extremely shareable.
